Catapult Build
The Catapult Build is a high-energy team building favorite that combines creativity, engineering prowess, and a healthy dose of competition among team members. In this popular, competitive team building activity, groups use various household objects to build a working catapult. It must be strong enough to launch a great big tennis ball! Points may be awarded for distance launched, the team’s ability to catch the ball, or for creativity in the design.
Depending on your goals, teams can be combined to re-design their structure, making the activity more about the organizational goal and less about individual team competition. The activity may also include marketing presentations and an awards ceremony.
